Refund and Return Policy

At blew, we strive to provide the highest quality direct mail marketing services. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our Refund and Return Policy.

1. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your direct mail marketing campaigns. If you're not satisfied with the services provided, please refer to the following guidelines:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered for specific circumstances, including but not limited to technical errors or failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days of the payment date. Please include details about the issue, including your order number and a description of the problem. You can reach us at help@blew.co.

Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Non-refundable Charges: Any payments made for non-refundable services or third-party costs (such as postage, printing fees, etc.) will not be refunded.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of direct mail marketing services, we do not accept returns. Once materials (such as mail pieces, lists, or designs) are delivered or sent out, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a clear issue caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

3. Changes and Cancellations

Campaign Modifications: If you wish to make changes to your direct mail campaign, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to additional fees based on the scope of the request.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible before the mailing process begins. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted. If you cancel before production begins, we will issue a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs.
